海外网10月26日电 据《菲龙网》报道，10月25日，中国电商巨头阿里巴巴集团主要创始人马云莅临菲律宾德拉萨大学（De La Salle University）进行了精彩的演讲，现场气氛热烈，在菲华人也通过网络直播目睹这场精彩的演说。马云在演讲中，以自身经验鼓舞所有年轻人大胆去实现梦想、坚持梦想。他也表露了自己对菲律宾金融市场的看好，并借此向大众宣传了“扫码支付”等便捷的科技手段。
另据中新社报道，德拉萨大学将建校106年以来的首个科技创业（Technopreneurship）名誉博士学位授予阿里巴巴董事局主席马云。校方在介绍授予理由时称，马云是科技创业的坚定倡导者，他将互联网应用和创业结合在一起，帮助了无数年轻人实现梦想。
校方介绍，授予马云该学位，不仅仅因为他是具有世界影响力的商业领袖，更是因为马云为全球中小企业、年轻人和可持续发展所做的贡献及努力。马云担任联合国贸易和发展会议青年创业和小企业特别顾问等社会职务，积极推动了世界可持续和普惠发展。
“我很高兴学到了这个单词：Techentrepreneurs（科技创业家）”。马云非常认同“科技创业”这一新概念，并表示，今后创业就是要用技术去解决问题，“未来我们不再是企业家，而是网络企业家，因为80%的业务将在网上进行。科技将会改变世界，技术和创业的结合将成为21世纪成功的重要因素。”
在与现场数百名学生互动时，马云表示，“1995年我开始接触互联网时，也犯过很多错误。1999年，我成立阿里巴巴的时候，曾告诉团队我们可能不会成功。”
马云鼓励现场学生，我们从未预料到，18年后会得到这么多，所以不要担心梦想是否愚蠢，如果真的相信这是一个很棒的梦想，就要不畏人言，去勇敢尝试。
马云的创业梦想是通过互联网实现的，他建议在场学生在互联网时代要具备持续学习能力，并且快速拥抱变化，“因为最终干掉你的不是你的竞争对手，而是面对未来依然故步自封”。
除了鼓励年轻人追求梦想，马云还提出，要一起为世界的可持续发展和普惠发展努力。
数据显示，大约70％的菲律宾人口没有银行账户，菲律宾99%是小生意，不到3％的菲律宾人使用信用卡付款。菲律宾有7000多个岛屿，相当一部分人口生活在岛屿上。
“我们不可能每个岛上都有银行，但是DT（数据技术）可以让每个岛上的人都通过移动互联网连接。在IT时代，不是每个农民、年轻人都能用电脑，但是现在人人有手机。”马云说，“我们要努力打造一个可以连接世界的市场，建设支付系统、物流等商业基础设施，并让每一个人年轻人都可以去世界看看。”

之后，马云前往马拉坎南宫（Malacañang）访问了菲律宾总统杜特地。此次到访菲律宾是为进行一系列的演讲，并同时推广“扫码支付”系统。
在与杜特地总统会面之前，马云抵达菲律宾的第一件事就是测试菲律宾互联网的速度。
马云上午在德拉萨大学演讲时，对学生们说：“网络不是很好。”
